Our Range
Forming machines are automated systems designed to shape and assemble packaging materials—such as cardboard or trays—into ready-to-use containers. They improve production efficiency by delivering precise, fast, and consistent formation, ideal for various industries including food, pharmaceuticals, and consumer goods. These machines support high-speed lines and reduce manual labor while ensuring reliable packaging quality.
Automatic closing and lidding machines are designed to efficiently seal containers by placing and securing lids, ensuring product integrity and tamper-evidence. These systems are ideal for packaging applications in industries such as food, chemicals, and pharmaceuticals, where reliable sealing is crucial. They offer high-speed operation, versatility in handling various lid types, and integration capabilities with existing production lines.
Tray erectors for corrugated cardboard are automated machines designed to form flat cardboard blanks into sturdy trays ready for packing. These systems streamline packaging lines by quickly folding, gluing, and locking trays with precision, ensuring consistent quality and reducing manual labor. Ideal for industries such as food, electronics, and consumer goods, tray erectors improve efficiency, maintain product protection, and support high-speed production environments.
Automatic sleeving machines are designed to wrap either individual products or grouped items—such as trays, cups, cans, or pots—with pre-glued cardboard sleeves. These sleeves are applied securely around the product using hot‑melt glue or mechanical hooks. Capable of speeds up to 250 sleeves per minute, they support quick format changeovers and various closure types (side, top, bottom),making them flexible across industries like food, beverages, personal care, dairy, and logistics.
These systems include wrap-around case formers and case packers that handle final packaging stages—automatically forming, loading, and closing display or transport boxes from flat cardboard. Wrap-around machines fold the blank around products and seal with glue, while case packers form and side‑load American-style boxes before sealing. Designed for fast changeovers and flexible formats, they deliver display-quality finish and operational efficiency.
Automatic packaging complete lines are turnkey systems that integrate a variety of secondary packaging equipment—such as case erectors, cartoning machines, lidding and sleeving units, and robotic loaders—into one cohesive, high-efficiency line. Tailored to specific product and packaging needs, they offer fast changeovers, consistent performance, and advanced features like vision inspection and palletising—ideal for food and non-food industries.
